Turtle Beach x12 isn’t recognized as a microphone on Windows 8.

Sorry this didn’t help. Wineows would headphones need a driver? I get no sound. Doesn’t the px12 have a USB sound enhancer type device? Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site.
Is there a way to detect my mic or something? This thread is locked. The steps in the link also applies for Windows 8. Email Required, but never shown. That doesn’t actually make sense to me What happens if you disconnect the USB and use the pink and green only?
This issue might occur if the onscreen microphone or microphone boost is not set appropriate or the levels are not up to the mark.
